Music Festival
Objective
Twilight Display is a typeface was created for the upcoming Firefly Music Festival. This unique modular typeface is designed to attract festival goers between the ages of 18-33 in hopes that it will add excitement wherever it is applied.
Solution
Like the cute little bugs the event is named after and the stars in the sky, this custom modular typeface was created to ‘light up the night.’ A starburst-like symbol is repeated and forms a constellation of letters. The color yellow was chosen for this display typeface to both correlate with the stars, and to create contrast on its gradual blue-to-magenta background.
